MMA Futures LLC (“MMA Futures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites (including mmafutures.com and watch.mmafutures.com), our fan and streaming applications, and our related services (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and share that information, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Account information — your name and email address when you register, sign in, or subscribe.
- Payment information — when you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by our third-party payment and streaming providers (currently Stripe and Uscreen). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details such as the card’s brand, last four digits, expiration, billing ZIP, and transaction status.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support, submit feedback, or respond to our emails.
Information we collect automatically:
- Viewing and usage data — the videos and events you watch, watch progress, and how you interact with the Services.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and time and date stamps.
- Fan app data — if you use our fan application and enable notifications, we store a push-notification token, the fighters or events you choose to follow, and a device identifier so we can send the alerts you request.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including streaming, sign-in, and subscription management;
- Process payments and manage your subscription and renewals;
- Send you transactional messages (receipts, account and access notices, and the fighter and event alerts you request);
- Send marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time;
- Understand how the Services are used so we can improve them;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), video hosting and subscription management (Uscreen), data and workflow tools (Airtable, Make), cloud storage and delivery, and email and notification delivery. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Analytics and advertising partners. We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, that may collect information about your activity on the Services and combine it with information those companies hold. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can limit this through your cookie choices (Section 4) and the rights described in Section 8.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers. If MMA Futures is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support analytics and advertising. Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a consent banner, and you can change your choices at any time using that tool. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.
5. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account by using a strong, unique password and signing out on shared devices.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will continue to receive necessary transactional and account messages while your account is active.
- Push notifications. You can turn off fan-app alerts in the app or in your device settings at any time.
- Cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through our consent tool or your browser.
- Account information. You can review and update your account details by signing in, or by contacting us.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
- California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases for processing are performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 must use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at support@mmafutures.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links and Embeds
The Services may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party services such as YouTube, Instagram, and social platforms. Their content is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
11. International Users
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will post the updated Policy here with a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
