Dynasty Combat Sports brought Ring Rivals 4 to the Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, Nebraska on Friday, April 17, 2026, delivering one of the most action-packed nights in the event series’ history. Thirteen bouts featuring boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai played out in front of a loud and passionate crowd, with nine of those fights ending before the final bell.
New Champion Crowned in the Main Event
The night closed with the fight it deserved. Jeff “The Monster” King and Austin Coursey — both entering at 3-0 with the Amateur Super Heavyweight Muay Thai title on the line — gave the Liberty First Credit Union Arena something to remember. King, who trains and coaches out of Apex Muay Thai in Omaha, came in at 289 pounds; Coursey of Beatrice Combative Arts and Hebron MMA tipped the scales at 311.8. The first round was back-and-forth and physical, with Coursey’s calf kicks finding their mark and King showing his imposing 6’9″ frame.
In round two, King landed a knee in the clinch that put Coursey down for good. Referee Brad Bain waved it off and a new champion was crowned. In his post-fight interview, King was emotional — dedicating the title to his late coach Kurt Podany, in whose honor he opened Apex Muay Thai Omaha. “Kurt Podany is why we’re all here,” King said. “We’re continuing his legacy at Apex.”
Timko Goes 5-0 in Women’s Pro Boxing Main Event
In the women’s professional boxing co-feature, Omaha’s Melanie Timko put on a six-round defensive clinic against the experienced Jessica “Boss Lady” Radtke-Maltez of Minneapolis, earning a unanimous decision by scores of 60-54, 59-55, and 58-56. Timko, who cited a different game plan for the height matchup against the 5’8″ Radtke-Maltez, improves her professional record to a perfect 5-0. Radtke-Maltez, who has competed on national platforms including MVP and a Manny Pacquiao promotion on Amazon Prime, pushed Timko hard throughout but couldn’t find a defining moment.
Jesus Munoz-Ramirez Rises to 4-0
Every event streams live and on demand — full cards, replays, and the archive.
Watch on MMA FuturesThe professional boxing card also featured Jesus Munoz-Ramirez extending his record to 4-0 — all by finish — against Michael Eddlemon. The 21-year-old Skywalker 101 product was tested like never before: Eddlemon, who took the fight on three days notice and arrived with professional bare knuckle boxing experience, actually had Munoz-Ramirez hurt in round one. The American hillbilly from Tarkio, Missouri refused to quit through multiple knockdowns before Munoz-Ramirez finished it with body shots at 1:28 of round three. “Those body shots are something else,” Munoz-Ramirez said afterward. Zeke Castro also made a spectacular professional debut, stopping Paul Karns via knockout in round one with precise footwork and a finishing left hook.
Amateur Card Delivers
The amateur portion of Ring Rivals 4 produced highlight after highlight. Leyton Tuma of Skywalker 101 improved to 6-0 with a dominant 30-27 unanimous decision over Tucker Charron, using relentless calf kicks to control the contest and set up his shots. Tuma has a professional debut planned for August. Ethan Roberts made arguably the most impressive debut of the night, finishing Zach Larson with a liver shot at 1:06 of round one at just 19 years old. Isaiah “Mowgli” Chavez went 2-0 with a TKO finish over Dustin Tucker in round three, while Darcie Bickel earned her first kickboxing win via TKO over Megan Weaver in a women’s fight that had the crowd engaged from start to finish.
Luis “El Gallo” Rocha and Justin Dean turned in a barnburner of a debut that the commentators called one of the best fights of the night, before all three judges scored it 29-28 for Rocha. Dalton Ariza earned a 29-28 unanimous decision over DJ Cotton in a Muay Thai contest so close the commentators themselves couldn’t pick a winner. Vincent “The Slim Reaper” Eaton opened with a debut knockout in round three over Donte Golden, and Nolan Koehler of Skywalker 101 started the night with a TKO finish over Nay Htoo in round two.
