The cage is set, and the stage is ready for Dynasty Combat Sports: Live from The Astro in La Vista, Nebraska, this Friday night! The stacked card features three championship bouts, headlined by an electrifying Welterweight Amateur Championship clash between reigning Dynasty Combat Sports dual-division champ Mason Dykes and former Division 1 wrestler Brett Bye.
Main Event: Dykes vs. Bye – A True Test for the Champ
Mason Dykes has been dominant in the Dynasty Combat Sports circuit, holding both the Welterweight (170 lbs) and Middleweight (185 lbs) Amateur Championships. Known for his crisp boxing and knockout power, Dykes has proven to be one of the most dangerous prospects in regional MMA.
But Brett Bye is no ordinary challenger. A former South Dakota State University Division 1 wrestler, Bye brings high-level grappling and fight IQ to the cage. With experience in Bellator, Bye has already competed at a high level, making him a serious threat to Dykes’ reign. This fight is a true striker vs. grappler matchup that could go either way—can Dykes keep it standing, or will Bye’s wrestling dictate the fight?
